TECH PRINCIPLES

Collection posters highlighting Bally’s Tech Principles, creating its own unique illustration language that can be used in the context of the posters but also as standalone as merch, i.e., stickers, pins, graphics on reports, etc.

Project 02/04
BALLY'S BROADCAST

Identity update for the company’s quarterly update, because these events work as a way to relay news to employees, the inspiration was news programs, so images are edited to be grainy duotone purple and white in reference of newspapers and assets and titles are encased on boxes as if they were cutouts from magazines. Also the bespoke Bally’s font was modified to have its unique style to the broadcasts and is also being used to create subtle repeating patterns on the red background.

BLENDED WORKING

Internal campaign to communicate the updates on the hybrid ways of working; consisting of a set of guidelines, banners and emailers with its own set of illustrations, creating a distinctive style for this campaign to differentiate from other communications.

BALLY'S SPORT SHOWDOWN

For the yearly wellness challenge, the jumping point was big sports events in the USA, like ‘Super Bowl’ or ‘March Madness’, so after research on the style of the most popular teams, it was decided that creating a mascot was the way to go, that’s how Blizzard the Penguin was born! He is heavily featured on all communications and also on the merch given to winners. Along with a mascot, the dynamic ‘swoosh’ was created reminiscent of the bounce in a basketball that was also what inspired the colour choice for this event.
